Too many lives are lost each year due to preventable crashes caused by impaired drivers. 🚫🍺 On December 12, Florida joined the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign. Your participation is essential in helping us protect our communities, reduce crashes, and keep our roads safe throughout the holiday season. Together, we can save lives. 💙🚓 📅 Campaign Timeline (Launch Day Reminder) 📢 Paid Media: Now Active — Dec. 11, 2025 through Jan. 1, 2026 🚓 High-Visibility Enforcement: — Dec. 12, 2025 through Jan. 1, 2026 Purpose: Strengthen impaired-driving prevention through visible enforcement and public education. Activity reports are due January 31, 2026. Agency Action Items (Beginning Today) Increase impaired-driving enforcement throughout the mobilization period. Share public education and prevention messaging in your communities. Submit your activity report by Jan. 31, 2026. What You Will Report Please be prepared to provide: Enforcement hours dedicated to impaired-driving efforts Number of DUI checkpoints (if applicable) Number of DUI arrests Total citations issued Press conferences hosted Media coverage related to your efforts Social media posts or engagements Name of an exemplary officer for education and/or enforcement Need Materials?
